osim & swimming heats over (:
lol, second for osim. the swim sucked,was more like a... wade? haha. these fast hong kong people came and the girl who beat me,her cycling speed was like 36-37k/h.LOL.
swimming sucked.hahaha 2 seconds off pbs for both =/ made finals like just. 6th and 7th.
running heats this afternoon. 3k...lol don't feel like running hahaha don't really expect to make finals.lol my 1.5 run and 100br finals are on the same day. I shall have to not run I guess. haha
