woke up at like 5.40 for bike training again. lol nearly didn't go, too tired from like yesterday (neptune league & training & tennis!) and the night before staying over at kelly's!ahhah uhm like so many people stayed over.div en fraser & I.lol anyway!cycling was so slack today cuz guo wasn't there.hahha we kept chasing the people who overtook us then slowing down to like 12k/h.then speeding up to 40k/h for like 5s then slowing down again.lol.then joel had to use the toilet so we cycled to this east coast park toilet and waited.lmao it was damn funny.like during training lol so our timings were weird.uh then we ran 5k and ate ikan bilis. yupp.watched she's the man today.it's super funny.
